Send an SMS in the format MBTRAN<space><Customer ID> to 917618777886.
Call our Customer Care through IVR.
Customers need to visit nearest Dhanlaxmi Bank Branch & submit the Channel Request Form .
Request through SMS will be processed after 24 hours of receipt of SMS.
Customers can download our DhanSmart App from respective App Store. To Activate the App, click on the 'Create MPIN' button in the Login Screen and provide the Debit card details and other credentials.

General Public including some of our customers are contacted by certain persons claiming to represent our Bank and offering loans from our Bank. They are collecting PAN details from the proposed borrower and asking for cheque amounting to 5% of the loan amount as upfront fee . All general public are cautioned against the nefarious designs of above fraudsters and it is reiterated that we have no such arrangements and any request for loans will be considered at our branches only, on merits.
Please find the details of the DORMANT accounts with meager balance (Name, Branch, Account Number and Date of Opening the account),
which are not operated for more than FOUR years. Please get in touch with the Branch with necessary KYC Documents
and a recent photograph to enable us to reactivate the same. Kindly note to submit the same within 15 days.
It has come to our notice that certain individuals/agencies are contacting job aspirants promising employment in Dhanlaxmi Bank either directly or through press/electronic media. These individuals/agencies have been seeking personal information and conducting interviews and purposefully cheating the general public by misusing the name of the Bank.
We wish to inform and caution the public that Dhanlaxmi Bank does not appoint/authorise any Agent/Agency/individual to recruit people for the Bank. Anyone dealing with such an Agency / Employment Portal / Individual will be doing so at their own risk and responsibility and Dhanlaxmi Bank cannot be held responsible for damage suffered directly or indirectly.

General Information about the Museum
Dhanlaxmi Bank has not engaged any external agents for sourcing loans. It has come to our notice that Fraudsters advertise in newspaper or other media to trap the customer for loans from Dhanlaxmi Bank. These fraudsters may ask for Processing fee, Insurance amount, TDS, Transaction charges etc against processing of the loan.
If you receive any such communication claiming to be from Dhanlaxmi Bank for availing loan, request you to please forward the e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org or call our customer care on 0487-6613000.
Never provide sensitive account information like PIN, Passwords, Account number or Personal details in response to any such communication. If you have shared such information, report to us immediately to restrict the damage. However Dhanlaxmi Bank shall not be responsible for any loss or damage that may cause due to sharing or furnishing any information in response to such advertisements or calls.

As per the directions of RBI, all non CTS -2010 standard cheques are to be withdrawn by July 31, 2013. If you are yet to obtain your CTS -2010 cheque book(s), please place a request through your internet banking account or contact our customer care unit (08067213000 or 18004251747) / your nearest branch.

In case your account is not operated for the last 2 years, the account would have been classified as Dormant. We would request you to extend cooperation and support to revive and activate such account by submitting fresh Know Your Customer (KYC) documents, i.e. Identity/ Address proof and a Photo.
This would help us to upgrade your account from the dormant status to active so as to provide hassle free services.

Adhaar & PAN Number Seeding for all Resident individual Relationships
Please ensure seeding of Aadhaar and PAN in all Resident individual relationships latest by 31 December 2017.
Kindly note that the above is not applicable for Non Residents.
As per the PMLA Notification dated 01 June 2017, every Resident Individual Bank account / relationship requires Aadhaar authentication of the customer.
Please contact your branch and submit Aadhaar and PAN details immediately.
If Aadhaar and PAN is not seeded, Resident Individual Bank accounts will cease to be operational after 31 December 2017.
