Terms & Conditions of Bill Payment

1. I/ We agree and accept the services provided by The Dhanlaxmi Bank Limited ("the bank”) at my/our request to carry out my bill payments through Internet Banking on my/our account(maintained with The Dhanlaxmi Bank Ltd)., given by me/us from time to time. I/We undertake that I/We have read and understood the terms and conditions of Dhanlaxmi Bank Ltd. for availing the said facility.
2. I/ We understand that it is my/our responsibility to pay the bill amount to the billing company in time. I/We agree to provide my/our correct identification details as registered with the billing company. I/we undertake to give necessary instructions to the bank from time to time in the form and manner specified by the bank and the bank is required to act only if my/our instruction is accepted by the bank. I / we also agree and undertake to give necessary instructions well in time specified by the bank for the same.
3. I/ We have no objection whatsoever, to the billing company providing my/our billing details to the Bank.
4. While the Bank will take all reasonable steps to ensure the accuracy of the billing details, the Bank is not liable for any error or loss. I/We shall not hold the bank responsible for any loss, damages, etc. that may be incurred/suffered by me/us on account of availing the above facility.
5. I agree and undertake from time to time and at all times to indemnify Dhanlaxmi Bank Ltd. and keep Dhanlaxmi Bank Ltd. Indemnified from and against all claims, demand, actions, liabilities and expenses what so ever nature which may be made or taken against or incurred by the Dhanlaxmi Bank Ltd on account of my /our availing the above facility or due to incorrect information in this regard. I/We also agree to communicate any change in identification details as registered with the billing company to the Bank within the time specified by the Bank.
6. I/ We agree that any disputes on bill details will be settled directly with the Billing Company and the Bank’s responsibility is limited to provision of information only.
7. I/ We agree that I/ we will make bill amount payments as required by the biller. I/We will not hold the Bank responsible for the biller rejecting the bill amount because of incorrect or incomplete entries or for any other reason.
8. I/ We agree that the record of the instructions given and transactions with the Bank shall be conclusive proof and binding.
9. I/ We agree that charges, if any, for the Bill Payment services will be at the sole discretion of the Bank and the Bank is at liberty to vary the same from time to time, without giving any notice.
10. I/ We agree that the Bank is at liberty to withdraw at anytime the Bill Payment facility, or any services provided thereunder, in respect of any or all the account(s) without assigning any reason whatsoever, without giving me/us any notice.
