Dhanlaxmi Bank won “Best Employer Brand Award - Bank
(Private Sector).”

This award is for the appreciation of the good work and contribution to HR. The jury conducted tremendous research on India’s Best Employers. The award by the Employer Branding Institute highlights excellence in Talent Management, HR Strategy, Application of IT, Innovation in Recruitment and Retention Strategy, Career Development and Global HR Strategy.

Dhanlaxmi Bank was awarded the Best Employer Brand among the private sector banks in its South Regional Round. The event was organized at Novotel Hotel and HICC Complex at Hyderabad.
