Important notes on One Time Password (OTP) :

  • If you are registering for first time but still OTP is not received, please call our customer care team (+91 - 0487 6613000, 1800 425 1747) and confirm details like Customer ID, mobile number before logging in.
  • OTP will be received to your mobile number, after entering your transaction password.
  • If OTP is not received then just make sure that, SMS inbox of your mobile is not full and just make sure that you have enough space available to receive OTP.
  • OTP, if entered wrongly 3 times, it will be locked. Please make sure that you enter OTP properly & correctly.
  • If your mobile number is changed recently in past 15 days, please call our customer care and confirm details like Customer ID, mobile number before logging in.
