If ATM Debit card PIN forgotten / not available / not used for last 6 months, then please visit our nearest branch to get instant pin or call our customer care for re-generation of the same.
If Mobile number is changed or not getting alerts then, please visit our nearest Dhanlaxmi Bank to update your new mobile number which will enable you to login to use our enhanced Internet banking services.
If E-mail ID is not registered, please visit nearest Dhanlaxmi Bank and fill up the service request form in our records.
If User ID Locked, please follow the below mentioned procedure of OGP (Online generation of the passwords) which will automatically unlock your User ID.
If session expired, please close all the browsers and make sure that your internet connection is on and re-login to our Dhanlaxmi Bank site.
