Dhanlaxmi Bank Bill Pay is an extremely simple, convenient and secure way to view and pay your bills. You can view and pay your electricity, telephone, cellular, insurance and other bills using your Dhanlaxmi Bank Account. You can do all this from the comfort of your house or office, over the Internet - any time, any place.
Paying bills with Dhanlaxmi Bank Bill Pay simplifies your life. Your payments are made quickly and conveniently, and you no longer have to track multiple utility bills or write multiple cheques.
No. You don’t have to register for this service. This service is available to all Dhanlaxmi Bank Internet Banking users. You require to login to www.dhanbank.com with your Internet Banking User ID and Password to register your bills.
There are 3 type of billers available:
Presentment: For these billers the bills are presented on www.dhanbank.com and you can login and view your bills online. After you have registered for a presentment type biller, the details are sent to the biller. The bills are then presented (from next billing cycle from your registration date) on www.dhanbank.com for you to make the payment.
Payments to such billers cannot be made immediately after registration. Payment can be done from the next billing cycle, when the bills are presented on www.dhanbank.com.
Payment: For these billers you can make the payments immediately after registering for them. The bills for these billers are not presented online and you can choose to pay any amount as desired by you.
Presentment cum Payment: For these billers, you can make the payment immediately after registration OR you can view the bills when presented and then make the payment.
For registering billers:
Click on 'Add Biller / Instant Pay'
Select the Biller
Enter the biller details and click on 'Confirm'
Verify the biller details and click on 'Confirm'
On the next page, you will get biller addition confirmation message
Payment for Presentment type billers:
Whenever the bill is generated by the biller, it is uploaded on www.dhanbank.com.
Click on View/Pay Bills
Click on 'Pay Now' button against the biller you want to make payment
Check the bill details and click on 'Confirm'
Enter Narration and click on 'Pay'
Check the Payment Details and click on 'Confirm'
Enter Transaction Password and click on 'Submit'
You will get the Payment Confirmation page.
Payment for Payment type billers:
Click on View/Pay Bills
Click on 'Instant Pay' button against the biller you want to make payment
Enter the amount and click on 'Pay'
Check the bill details and click on 'Confirm'
Enter Narration and click on 'Pay'
Check the Payment Details and click on 'Confirm'
Enter Transaction Password and click on 'Submit'
You will get the Payment Confirmation page
You will get an immediate sms confirmation following your successful registration, subject to validation of your Dhanlaxmi Bank Account being in active status. You can start adding billers into your account.
There is no restriction on the number of billers that you can register for as long as the biller is from the list provided.
You will receive an e-mail / sms alert every time your bill is received. Login into your account, check the amount and make a payment by clicking on the Pay Now button.
You can make payments from Dhanlaxmi Bank Accounts (saving/current) linked with your Cust ID.
This facility is being provided to customers free of cost.
To ensure that your payments arrive before a due date and to avoid late payment charges, you need to make your payment at least 3 working days before the bill due date.
On payment of the bill your account will get immediately debited online and the payment is sent to the utility company by the next working day. The same will get credited to your utility account in 3 working days time.
Yes, you can pay someone else's bill through Dhanlaxmi Bank Bill Pay.
When your payment has been successfully made, you get a reference number for your transaction. Your Dhanlaxmi Bank account statement will also include the details of your transaction.
Yes, you can pay your bills from any location through internet.. E.g. If you are registered for MTNL at Mumbai, and you are currently in Bangalore, even then you can view and pay your MTNL bill through the internet.
Bill Pay Transactions are treated as Dhanlaxmi Bank Funds Transfers. These transactions will be counted towards your Daily Funds Transfer Limits You will not be able to execute Bill Pay Transactions after the Daily Funds Transfer Limit on Dhanlaxmi Bank has been exceeded.
Will I still receive my physical bill? You will continue to receive your Physical bill even after registering for the service with us.
Dhanlaxmi Bank Bill Pay has no way to stop a payment after it has been processed. You should contact your biller.
Invalid payments: It is your responsibility to ensure that Biller, payment and Dhanlaxmi Bank Account details provided by you are accurate and complete. The payment will be processed solely basis the payment details entered and confirmed by you. If the details entered by you are incorrect or not as per the terms specified by the biller, then even though your payments may be successfully processed, the biller may reject them. Dhanlaxmi Bank is not responsible for delays in processing of payments or rejections by your biller caused by your failure to provide us with accurate bill related information. You will be responsible for any additional fees and charges levied by either your biller in the event of a declined payment. In the event of a declined payment, your bill will remain unpaid.
Dhanlaxmi Bank Bill Pay employs the best-in-class security so that the transactions done are secure. Dhanlaxmi Bank Bill Pay uses Secure Socket Layers (SSL) data encryption. Using SSL ensures that the information you exchange with Dhanlaxmi Bank Bill Pay is never transmitted over the Internet unencrypted and cannot be viewed by unauthorized individuals. Dhanlaxmi Bank Bill Pay uses SSL to protect users from unauthorized tampering or viewing of their account and billing information. This encryption is done using 128-bit RC4 encryption.
