Authorizer(Checker) Login Process

1. Particulars required for Authorizer login:

Soft token activation is a one-time process. Customers require the two items listed below to activate it.
1. Corporate ID
2. Net Banking ID
3. Login password
4. Soft Token Pin
The two credentials listed below will be used as indicated.
1. Seed Value
2. Authorization password (During authorization only)

2. Go to www.dhanbank.com and choose Corporate Banking under Internet Banking and click Login button


3. Once you click on Login from the home page, you will reach a page as shown below. Again, you need to click on “Login” as shown below.


4. Corporate Login Page will be shown as below. Enter the Corporate ID and Net Banking ID as sent to you in “Welcome letter” by Dhanlaxmi Bank and click Continue.


5. Enter the password as set for the Net Banking ID and click Login button. If you are logging in for the first time, the page will not ask for the “Secure Image” and “Secure Message” confirmation. But during first time login, you will need to change your passwords and select your “Secure Image” and enter “Secure Message”. The “Secure Image” and “Secure Message” will need to be confirmed for every login thereafter. Once your details are validated, you will be directed to an account summary page.


6. Once your details are validated, you will be led to a “Challenge-Response” page as shown below. Note that the challenge will be generated on the Login screen. “Challenge” is a random 8 digit number which will be shown on the screen after you enter the correct login password. This number is to be entered in Soft Token and Soft Token will generate 6 alphanumeric characters. Here, we assume that you have already ACTIVATED your Soft Token in your machine. If you have not yet activated, please read “Soft Token Activation” process.





7. After opening the Soft Token, please enter the 6 digit PIN that you (Authorizer) had received from Dhanlaxmi Bank in your registered email id.

8. Enter 8 digits challenge which was shown in the login screen. Soft Token will generate a 6 alphanumeric character RESPONSE as OTP (One Time Password).



9. Enter Challenge as generated in the login page into the Soft Token

10. RESPONSE (OTP) will be generated.


11. Enter the generated RESPONSE (OTP) in the login screen under the space provided in field Portwise Response


12. Click Submit button and below page shall be displayed.


Please remember :

SEED VALUE (20 Alphanumeric): Required one time at the time of Soft Token activation

PIN VALUE (6 digits): Required to be entered in Soft Token every time when Authorizer login

CHALLENGE (6 digits): It is will be shown on login screen after giving login password.

Soft Token Function: If you enter CHALLENGE, it will give RESPONSE (OTP) which is One Time Password.

RESPONSE (OTP – 6 alphanumeric): This is generated by Soft Token.
