Soft Token Installation
1. Importance of the Soft token for CIB
To provide a more robust security mechanism for your Corporate Internet Banking transactions, Dhanlaxmi Bank is providing you with the Soft Token facility as an additional security mechanism in addition to standard login credentials.
The Initiator (Maker) will get a Corporate ID, Net Banking ID and Login password. The Initiator (Maker) does not need the Soft Token. But the Authorizer (Checker) will receive the “Soft Token” details along with the Corporate ID, Net Banking ID, Login password and Authorization password. Authorizer (Checker) will receive “SEED VALUE” and “PIN VALUE” in his registered email ID, which are required for one time registration after Soft token installation.
In case the customer(s) has not received any of the credentials above, they can get in touch with the branch manager or customer care team by calling 044 42413000 or sending an email to customercare@dhanbank.co.in
2. Soft Token can be downloaded from the Corporate Internet Banking login page. If you are unable to download it, please contact your Branch Manager or Customer Care. The size of Soft Token is 40 MB and it is compatible with Windows XP and Windows 7 operating system.
3. Once you download the Soft Token in your Desktop OR Laptop, click on CIB_SToken file (i.e. Soft Token Icon). Installer will start the process of Installation.
4. Then click on “Next >”
5. Accept the License Agreement and click “Next >”
6. Then click on “Next >”
7. Then click on “Install”

8. Once installation is successful, you will see a page like the one below.
Then click on “Finish” to close the window.
9. Now you need to open Soft Token. Follow the path shown below and click on “Dhanlaxmi Bank Mobile ID”. The Soft Token will open as shown in next step.
Start > Programs > DHAN > CIB_SToken > Dhanlaxmi Bank Mobile ID
10. Soft Token will open as shown below. Since the token has not been activated yet, it will ask for the SEED VALUE. To learn more about how to activate your “Soft Token”, please go to next section on “Soft Token Activation”
