Dhanbank Security Token for Corporate Internet Banking (CIB)

This guide will take you through the steps of downloading and activating your Security Token client for Dhanbank Corporate Internet Banking(CIB) Checker ID Login.

Downloading Dhanbank Security Token

Download

1. Click the Download link below to get the Dhanbank Security Token.
2. Download Security Token for Windows
3. Download Security Token for Mac OS
4. In the File Download dialog, click the Run button to download the Dhanbank Security Token installer.
5. Continue by clicking the Run button when the security warning dialog that may appear.
6. The Dhanbank Security Token client installation will now begin.
7. Once the Dhanbank Security Token software is installed, the Soft Token needs to be Activated by configuring Token SEED Value.

Activating Dhanbank Security Token

1. Open Dhanlaxmi Bank Security Token software the below screen of Portwise TruID will display and Click on Advanced to configure new SEED value.
2. **The Token SEED value will be sent to your registered Email ID at the time of Netbanking registration.
3. By clicking on Advanced below screen will display.
4. Enter profile name(Name can be given anything), SEED value and select PortWise Challenge from drop down list (Refer the below screen for drop down selection). You can copy the SEED value from the mail and Insert by clicking Insert Seed button.
5. Example SEED Value: CR8CF-7KFBE-Z3UVZ-TYZMU
6. Clicking on Confirm, the SEED value is configured and now the Dhanbank Security Token is Activated.

Checker login process with Dhanbank Security Token

Once the Dhanbank Security Token is installed and activated, follow the below steps for Checker ID login.

1. To login with Checker ID, the Security Token software should be installed in your system. This installation and activation is a onetime process.
2. Below credentials are required for Checker Login,
3. Corporate ID Netbanking ID Login Password SEED Value PIN Value
4. After the installation and activation of the Security Token, goto www.dhanbank.com site and open Dhanbank Corporate Internet Banking Login screen.
5. Enter Corporate ID, Netbanking ID and Login Password. (If the entered credentials are valid you will be taken to next screen with 8 digits portwise challenge).
6. When the next screen with Portwise challenge and Portwise response is displayed, open the Security Token software which is already configured with SEED Value.
7. Enter the 6 digits Token PIN value in Security Token. The Token PIN value will be sent to your registered Email ID at the time of Netbanking registration.
8. Enter 8 digits Portwise Challenge in the Security Token, to get the OTP. The Challenge will be displayed in the post login screen (Refer step #3).
9. Click on 'Copy OTP' button from software token to copy and paste the OTP into CIB Login Screen Portwise Response field, instead of entering the same
10. Enter the OTP in Portwise Response text box which is displayed in the post login screen and click on Submit button. Now you will be redirected to the CIB Checker Home screen.
