Dhanlaxmi Bank Gift Card is a prepaid non-reloadable card that can be used for purchases at all VISA enabled merchant outlets.

The Gift Card is available off-the-shelf at all the Dhanlaxmi Bank branches.

Yes, PAN card is mandatory while filling up the Gift Card form.

The Gift Card is activated within 48 hours of the purchase(and receipt of amount to be loaded in the Card.)

The Gift card can be loaded for any amount (in multiples of Rs.100) between Rs.500 and Rs. 10,000 per card for Individuals and between Rs.500 and Rs.5,000 per card in case of Corporate. For Individuals, the maximum number of cards to be issued per customer is 10 Nos aggregating to Rs. 1 Lac per annum. For Corporate, the total value shall not exceed Rs. 50,00,000 per annum with a maximum number of 5000 cards per customer.

The Gift Card comes with an ATM PIN. It can be used at any Dhanlaxmi Bank ATM to check balances. However, no cash withdrawals are permitted on the Gift Card through ATMs.

The Gift Card is suitable for gifting your loved ones on occasions like marriages, birthdays, anniversaries or festivals etc., Dhanlaxmi Bank Gift Card can also be used by Corporate as a gifting solution to their employees, distributors, agents etc.

The Gift Card can be used at more than 4, 50,000 VISA enabled merchant outlets across the country. You cannot use it for internet transactions

• Your Dhanlaxmi Bank Gift Card can only be used for purchase at VISA enabled merchant outlets in India
• Your Gift Card cannot be used for cash withdrawals at the ATMs
• The amount loaded on the Gift Card has to be utilized within the validity period of the card, which is printed on the card.
• The Gift Card cannot be renewed

The Dhanlaxmi Bank Gift Card can only be used at Point-of-Sale terminals at merchant outlets for any transaction. You can only check the balance on the Gift Card at any Dhanlaxmi Bank ATM but cannot withdraw any cash.

No, the Gift Card cannot be used for purchase transactions on the internet or through phone. The card can only be used at VISA enabled merchant outlets with a point of sale (POS) terminal.

Yes, the Gift Card can be used by purchasers as well. If you intend to use it yourself, sign on the reverse of the Card to avoid unauthorized use.

The Dhanlaxmi Bank Gift card is a pre-paid non-reloadable card. It can be loaded only once at the time of issuance for a maximum value of Rs.10,000.

On loss of the card, please report it to our customer care at +91 044 42413000 . You would need to file a report of the card loss with the police and submit a copy of the same to the branch. The lost card will be hotlisted and the available amount less charges would be repaid to the original card applicant.

Once the card has expired, the original purchaser needs to hand over the card to the card over to the nearest Dhanlaxmi Bank branch. Any amount over Rs.100 will be refunded to the purchaser after deducting Bank charges, provided that the redemption is sought within 6 months of the card’s expiry.

No, the Bank does not issue a replacement card after the Gift Card has expired.

In such cases please cut the card into four pieces and hand them over to the nearest Dhanlaxmi Bank branch against an acknowledgement.
