We welcome you to the world of Mobile Banking. " DhanSmart "App is available on App Store & Google Play Store for iOS, Android phone/tablets respectively.

DhanSmart enables you to access your accounts on your mobile phone. With Mobile Banking DhanSmart App, you can conduct financial and non-financial transactions securely. From making fund transfers to checking your account information, DhanSmart allows you to do banking from anywhere at any time.

Eligibility

The Mobile Banking facility is currently available to Retail Banking customers having Savings Account (Individual) or/and Current Account (Individual) With ATM/Debit Card.
The following retail customers (Individual) with below mode of operations can use the Mobile Banking facility.

  • Single (Sole owner)
  • Joint or Other (Either or Survivor)
  • Joint or First (Anyone or Survivor)

This facility is not available for the following customers:

  • Non-Individual Customers
  • Minor Account Holders
  • JAO (Joint And Others) and JAF (Joint And First) joint account type holders

Fund Transfer transaction is allowed only in INR currency. Cross Currency transactions are not allowed.

Registration Process & Features


Registration & Login Process

Registration Process:
The customers can download ‘DhanSmart’ mobile banking app from Android / iOS App from respective stores.

Customer to do a self-registration either in Retail Internet Banking or in Mobile Banking.

In Retail Internet Banking login page, the registration process can be completed by clicking the link ‘Register for Internet Banking’ using active debit card. In Mobile Banking login page, the registration process can be completed by clicking the link ‘New User’ using active debit card. Transaction facility will be provided with default limit set by the Bank


For non-debit card holders, self-registration process can be completed through same option by selecting ‘User Details’. Once the process is completed successfully, view only access will be provided. Customer to request for transaction access by selecting Change Transaction Limit Segment under menu ‘Others’. The transaction facility shall be provided within 3 working days after successful verification process.


The customers can download our Android & iOS App from respective App Stores. To Activate the App, click on the 'Create MPIN' button in the Login Screen and provide the Debit card details and other credentials.
