Steps To Report Fraudulent Transactions - B) Through Cyber Crime Portal of MHA and Police Station

Register the complaint through Cyber helpline number 1930 or via the online portal (https://cybercrime.gov.in/) at the earliest. It is also advisable to report the fraudulent transaction at nearest Police Station and subsequently submit FIR at the Bank.

Give missed call from customer’s registered mobile number to +91-88-93553553 to disable/enable your Debit Cards
All Debit Cards linked to the registered mobile number of the customer will be disabled or enabled upon the missed call from customer’s registered mobile number. The customer will receive a SMS confirming the request.
